These Terms of Use govern your use of letsmilo.com, the "Site", which is operated by Milo Life Solutions Inc. In these terms, "Milo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Milo Life Solutions Inc. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2About the Site
The Site provides general information about Milo and our services. It does not create a customer relationship. The use of Milo at a property is governed by a separate written agreement.
Milo is not an emergency service. Nothing on the Site, including the Ask Milo demo, should be used to request emergency help or as a substitute for medical advice. In an emergency, call 911.
3Ask Milo demo
Ask Milo on the Site is a demonstration. Its answers are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and describe sample situations rather than a real property. Do not rely on them for any decision, and do not enter sensitive personal information. Our handling of Ask Milo messages is described in our Privacy Policy.
4Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, submitting unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or using the Ask Milo demo to generate content that violates these terms or the law.
5Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, designs, software and the Milo name and logo, are owned by Milo or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy, modify or use our content or trademarks for any other purpose without our written permission.

If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milo and its directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars.
10Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Milo against claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta.
